Quality management

We choose the most optimal practices at the implementation of projects, so that together we achieve the expected results in terms of possibilities, priorities and objectives of the customer.

Depending on the needs of the project we combine classic methods of management and agile development while we prefer proven project methodologies SCRUM and OpenUP. We use supporting systems and tools from a reputable company Atlassian.

Of course, our work processes are managed, documented and regularly certified according to ISO 9001: 2008.


Know-how and sensitive information are a natural part of the project, therefore we access to them responsibly from the first contact and we are ready to protect them by any necessary means and immediately inform the customer in case of identification of any risks.

We have implemented safety rules that we follow and which are regularly certified in accordance with ISO / IEC 27001: 2013th.


We like development tools and technologies for the rapid development of business applications (RAD) with which our customers can save time and money invested in the project implementation and reduce the time required for commissioning. It is quite common for savings of between 30% -40 %. We are partner of several companies whose instruments we use for this purpose, such as K2 or IBM, but we use also cost free technologies with open source code (Open Source).


We always choose the optimal solution from customer's perspective. We are not interested to sell new licenses, raise qualification requirements of customer employees, increase the cost of the hardware and software infrastructure. We use the already available technologies. If the customer does not own them, we can recommend the right ones for a specific purpose or to comply with his strategy.
